About Our Philosophy

The goal for every piece of conservative christian music from Abiding Song is to magnify our True Vine as highlighted somewhere in Scripture....to feed the fuel of faith in our souls towards our Savior. Musical pep talks tend to focus on our own energy; and songs with only vague or trite generalities provide little for faith to grasp. May the Word of Christ dwell in us richly in all of our singing, that we may become "rooted and grounded in HIM." He is our life, and the only source of all that we need to walk worthy of the Lord.

About the Composer

Jeanine Drylie is a music teacher, church pianist, and teen choir director who resides in Chesapeake, VA, with her husband Rus and five children. She serves in the ministry of the Good News Baptist Church in Chesapeake where Dr. Walt Coles is the pastor, and Karl Stephens is the music director.
